Graduated in Building Process Management – Project Management, at “La Sapienza” in Rome in 2005; Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Science and Engineering Building, achieved in 2013 at the S.U.N. “L.Vanvitelli”. Freelancer, with thirty years of experience in the sector of Public Works, gained in operational management related to public works and the technical and administrative management of the proceedings on behalf of various local entities as well as in the design and construction management. He has held institutionalrepresentative functions within the Professional Associations of Engeneers, providing instruction on “Aspects on Professional Public Works”. Active member of the GROMA Società di Ingegneria acting as Technical Coordinator and Project Manager.
